ついに今日、僕は一つの真理を得た。真理に達した、即ち「死血化」した生物は、死を超越し真なる「死」に到達する。一部の龍、そしてハデスは恐らくこの真理に達した生物なのだろう。或いは、東の大地に住む者らや、更には最古の七種も、この真理の一端に触れるものなのかもしれない。ともあれ、全てはいまだ仮説にすぎない。あとは真理を実証し、僕は真なる「死」に達する。

I have discovered what I call Ubdeath, a state of death beyond ordinary deaths. Dragons, creatures of the Eastern Realm, the Seven Ancients, and Hades must hold the secret to it. I will find it and make it mine.

母さんが死んだ。それはきっと父さんのせいだろう。父さんは「死」に囚われ過ぎていた。死の先に在る真なる「死」。父さんはそれを「真理」と、母さんは「禁忌」と呼んだ。父さんが家を出て行ってから、母さんは僕に様々なことを教えてくれた。「竜」「東の大地」「神々」そして「禁忌」。でも母さんは忌みていたはずの「禁忌」こそ、最も熱心に僕へと伝えた。だからね母さん、僕はこれから「真理」に達する道を探すよ。

My mother died. Probably, it was cause of father. My father was always deranged in "death". The true death: my father called that "truth" and called my mother "taboo". My mother told me variously after my father went out of the house. Dragon, the Eastern Realm, Gods and taboo. But my mother told me the "taboo" most eagerly. Well then, I will find a "truth" now.

此処は暗くて何も見えナい。少死ノ音も聞こえなイ。熱ヲ感じル事モない。泥デ出来タ椅子のヨウな。果実ヲ潰死タ痕ノよウナ。そういう場所と、そういう臭い。やがて僕ハ、潰レた果実の代替ヲ、探死テ椅子カら立ち上ガる。ソ死てマた、見ツけテ潰死テ臭イヲ嗅グ。潰レて破れタ果実カらハ、今モ変ワらズあノ時の、壊れて崩れた母さんの匂いがした。
