The burned, withered Light Valley held not a trace of its former beauty. The dragons that ravaged it were wiped out within a day or two by Gurt, the dragon hunting team of Fire Valley, led by Victor. But by the time they arrived, everything was already over. And her dear friend was gone. Victor lingered on those days of friendship, for a moment. Then she let it go, and turned her steps toward the next valley.

Raul hated books. He saw them as giant clusters of lies packed with words that showed only what the writer and reader wanted to see. But more than anything, he hated books because of his foster father, the publishing magnate D'Artagnan.

Raul was born to an old and noble house. Trusted by the Royal Capital, respected by the towns and villages nearby. Then, one day, a book appeared. A cheap tale, exposing a noble’s glory… and the corruption beneath. Fiction. Nothing more than a story. Yet it spread. Sold, passed on, whispered. And soon, a rumor took hold. That noble had an “origin.” Raul’s house fell. The author of that book, D’Artagnan, took in the young Raul.

It's been a year since I left the Box. I was a Carrier Bird who sorted letters and delivered them around the world. But, it was the letters in the Blue Mailbox I cared about the most; undelivered mail waiting to be destroyed.

Today again, my Blue Mailbox is filled with letters that have nowhere to go. Letters with no one left to read them. After leaving the Box, I chose to take in those without an address. No recipient. No one left in this world to receive them. Still, I will deliver them. To where they rest at last, no matter how long it takes.

In the land between heaven and sky, known as Middle, Serena serves as captain of the Winds. Middle, a cluster of five floating islands high above the world. She stands upon its greatest land, Centras. Day after day, she trains alongside her comrades. True to her name, Lightspeed, no dragon escapes her aim. Not even the winged ones.

セレナが守護する「挟国」は、時と共に移動を続ける大陸であり、その地の利を活かし、いまだかつて敵の侵入を許したことが無かった。しかし或る日、挟国に吹く一切の風が止み、そして静かに動きは止まる。異変を感じた天兵隊が周囲を見やると、「中央島」を囲む四の島々が、遥か地上へと落下を始めていた。どこからともなく響く、猫のような奇妙な笑い声を聞いたセレナは、手に持つ弓を固く握り、迫る脅威に身を構えた。

Winds ensured the Middle never stayed in one spot, which was why it had never been invaded—until the day the wind died. As Serena watched the four islands around Centras begin to fall towards the earth, she heard an odd catlike laugh.
