国衛騎士団への入団を志願する若き騎士。その選抜試験を受けるため、同郷の出であるシドと共に王都へと参じた。おおよそ年齢に相応しくない知略、並びに観察眼を備え持っており、数々の試験で優秀な成績で通過していく。第一次中間試験である武闘大会においても、その秀でた才にて優勝を勝ち取れると目されていたが、或る黒衣の戦士がそれを阻んだ。戦士の名はカイン。後に唯一無二の友となるサイファーに、今は槍を突きつける彼。その瞳は、どこまでも暗く、澄んでいた。
